He was predeceased by: his parents, James F. Sapp and Mildred Harvey Sapp; and his sisters, Carolyn Sapp Lutes and Patricia Sapp McDougal. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Sapp; his children, Teleaha Rhodes (Dave) and Keith Sapp; his grandson Dylan Rowell; and his sister Linda Figal. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
