She was predeceased by: her parents, James Archie and Muriel Austine Wright Goodlet; her son William Brian Martin; and her siblings, James Arthur Martin and Debbie Goodlet Goins.
She is survived by: her daughter Becca Dempsey (Chris Spangler); her daughter-in-law Sheila Martin; and her grandchildren, Toni Sanders, Jessica Dempsey Leach, Drake Dempsey (Amanda), Carma Plott, Tristen Martin and Alex Martin (Lorraina). She is also survived by Seven great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home & Crematory (3239 Battlefield Pkwy, Fort Oglethorpe, GA 30742). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
