He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Webb and Helen Webb; and his siblings, Lester Webb and Kay Seery. He is survived by: his wife Ann Webb; his children, David Webb, Richard Webb, Mark Webb, John Webb and Laura Joyner; and his siblings, Alan, Gary Webb and Ellen Noble. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
