He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Wildes and Editha Boyette Wildes; his son Jack Beaupre Wildes; his granddaughter Sheri Wildes Kight; and his siblings, Martin Wildes, Norma Wildes, MaryBeth Sapp and Carolyn Smith Boyett.
He is survived by: his wife Jan; his daughters, Wanda Wildes and Windy Wildes; his daughter-in-law Kim Wildes; his siblings, Jay Wildes (Julia), Vann Wildes, Martha Lacy, Faye Smith (Alton) and Kaye Wildes; his nephews, Jamie Calloway, Jody Calloway and Don Kennedy; his grandson Jess Lewellyn; his grandson-in-law Michael Eason; and his brother-in-law Alton Kennedy. He is also survived by five grandchildren; several great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requested that donations be made to St. Jude in honor of Chuck.
