He was predeceased by: his parents, William Alvin and Bonnie Marie Tinsley; and his wife Mary Susan Tinsley. He is survived by: his daughter Kristi Noffsinger (Christian); his grandchildren, Brayden, Blair and Baylor Noffsinger; and his brother-in-law Chris Middleton.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Ringgold Church of God (117 Emberson Dr, Ringgold, GA 30736). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
