He was predeceased by: his parents, James Reuben Nash, Sr. and Edna Tucker Nash Walters; his siblings, James R. Nash, Jr. (Betty), Aileen Nash Schubert (MD) and Gloria Nash Harbin (Chuck); his niece Vickie Nash Lindsey; and his great-nephew Brent Harbin.
He is survived by: his wife Lilly Nash; his daughter Michele Nash; his sibling's children, Denny Nash (Penney), Phillip Harbin (Trisha), Vanessa Nash Loven (Frank), Teresa Harbin Ashley (Tim) and Rita Schubert (Neal); and his cousin Tiny Tucker Autrey (Cliff).
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chattanooga National Cemetery (1200 Bailey Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404).
