Patti Hines wrote a sympathy message

“I met Dorothy when I worked with her at Catoosa County Library. She was one of the kindest, sweetest people I have ever known. I admired her for her integrity and her soft spoken wisdom. We did not see each other often after she left the library, but we exchanged Christmas cards with little letters enclosed, catching each other up on the happenings in our lives. I will miss her Christmas card this year, but I will remember to thank God for her friendship. Patti Hines”
