He is survived by: his wife Janice Stephens (Flanagin); his sons, Brian Stephens (Cari) and Marc Stephens; his niece Angela Stachelski (Dave); and his grandchildren, Addison Stephens, Alexandra Stephens, Jude Stephens, Payton and Jacob Stachelski. He is also survived by extended family and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hospice Care Center of Chattanooga in Gary's honor.
