He was predeceased by: his parents, Hattie Sneed and James Ray. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Ray; his children, Tim Ray (April) and Jamie Ray (Amy); his stepchildren, Lane Byers (Mercie) and Shana Byers; his sisters, Diane Hawkins (Jonathan) and JoAnne Dafforn; his brother-in-law Tony Brown (Hazel); his niece Summer Garrison (Jerry); and his nephew Casey Brown (Lacey).
