He is survived by: his wife Karen Worley; his children, Steve Worley (Tanya), Craig Worley (Amanda), April Plott (Jay) and Kristen Worley (Nikki); his siblings, Doyle Worley and Charlotte Whitt; his grandchildren, Tucker Sheram, Cayla Plott, Aleyna Worley, Kaelyn Rhodes, Noah Worley, Carson Anderson, Charlie Anderson, Piper Worley, Griffin Worley, Ava Worley, Cole Ingram, Jake Ingram, Logan Godfrey, Stephen Worley, Laci Worley and Pebbles Mansel; and his great grandchildren, Ella Ingram, Samuel Hernandez, Emma Hatcher, Abbie Mansel and Alice Mansel.
