He was predeceased by: his parents, William Proctor and Margaret Proctor; his son Kevin Lee Proctor; and his brothers, Edward Proctor, Donnie Proctor and Ronnie Proctor.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Proctor of Ringgold, Georgia; and his son Jamie Proctor (Chasidy) of Jacksonville, Texas. He is also survived by brother.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:45 PM at the W. L. Wilson & Sons Funeral Home-Ft. Oglethorpe Chapel (555 W Cloud Springs Rd, Rossville, GA 30742). A graveside service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Lakewood Memory Gardens South (325 Greens Lake Rd, Rossville, GA 30741).
