He is survived by: his wife Brenda Sue Chasteen Burk; his son James; his daughter-in-law Angela Burk of Athens, TN; his daughter Sandy Burk of Ringgold, GA; his brother Mike Halfpenny (Pam Gordon); his grandchildren, Lillie Putnam of Dalton, GA, Shane, Stasha Putnam of Athens, TN, Dylan Burk of Atlanta, GA, Marleigh Rogers of Cleveland, TN, Fiona Green, Dakota Green of Athens, TN, Emma and Deven Harper of Texas; and his siblings-in-law, Reverend Eddie, Andrea Chasteen of Oak Ridge, TN, Reverend Wayne, Cindy Chasteen of Chickamauga, TN, Lisa and Jesse Ledford of Lafayette, GA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
