He was predeceased by: his father Roy Jennings; his wife Gwendolyn Brown Jennings; and his siblings, James Jennings and Foye Meers. He is survived by: his son Brent Jennings (Denise); his brother Bill Jennings; his grandchildren, Ashley Harris (Curtiss) and Cassandra Jennings (Dylan); and his great grandchildren, Krymsin, Johnathan, Jasen, Jackson, Blakely and Ruby.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Georgia Baptist Children's Home, P.O. Box 329, Palmetto, Georgia 30268.
