She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Headrick and Lola Fletcher Headrick; and her siblings, Jewell Grant and Johnny Headrick. She is survived by: her children, Kelly Yarbrough (Jimmy) and Jeff Caudill; her siblings, Rena Peters, Harold Headrick, Richard Headrick (Carolyn), Thurman Headrick (Billie), Lamar Headrick and Donny Headrick (Helen); her brother-in-law Grant; her grandchildren, Shelby Shupe (Ethan) and Rick Yarbrough (Josie); and her nieces, Missy Oliver (Butch) and Rhonda Killian (Dennis). She is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
