He was predeceased by: his father Ronnie Guffey; and his grandparents, Tom, Muriel Guffey, L. R. and Ruby Cummings.
He is survived by: his mother Donna Smith; his stepfather Boyd Smith; his children, Kailey Long and Garrison Keith Guffey; and his siblings, Colby Guffey, Anna Guffey and Makayla Reynolds Guffey. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
