He was predeceased by: his mother Diane Shaffner; his grandparents, Lucy Hunter, PappaDale and Alma Louise Shaffner; his uncles, Ronnie Flippo and Gerald Queen; and his cousin Jordan Queen.
He is survived by: his father Richard Shaffner; his brother Ian Shaffner; his aunt Doris Flippo; his cousins, Brian Flippo, Suzzanne Queen and Braden Queen; and his sibling's children, Makayla Robertson and Colton Shaffner.
