He is survived by: his wife Henrietta Howard; his children, Larry Brian Howard, Phillip Andrew Howard and Cynthia Kay Howard Larrabee; his sisters, Wanda P. Cumpian of Perrysburg, OH and Patricia L. Arnold (Jeff) of Gainesville, FL; and his stepdaughters, Tina Kellogg (Kevin) and Marlene Whittle.
