With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Helen Thacker Ensley of Ringgold, Georgia, who passed away on December 15, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Garvin Thacker and Nola Mae Ward Thacker; her son Roger Ensley, Jr.; and her siblings, Charles Thacker and JoAnn Wolfe.

She is survived by: her husband Roger Ensley; her children, Ronald Ensley and Sally Ensley; her brothers, Marvin Thacker and James Thacker; and her grandchildren, Nancy Riddell (Eddie), Jennifer Robinette (Stephen) and Justin Ensley. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and numerous extended family & friends.
