He was predeceased by : his parents, Gerald Gardner and Linda Allen. He is survived by : his wife Kinsey Gardner; and his children, Elizabeth Hendricks, Nicole Gardner, Lily Stobbe, Bestys Bishop and Brother William Gardner. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
