He was predeceased by : his parents, Ralph R. Clark Sr. and Gertrude Gibson Clark. He is survived by : his sisters, Mary Jane Stewart of Ringgold and Beverly Hawkins of Ringgold; his wife Mary Jean Smith Clark; his children, Michael (Trina) of Ringgold, Brian (Julianna) of Dalton and Valerie Clark of Ringgold; his grandchildren, Cullen, Miles, Elijah, Audrey and Natalie; and his great grandchildren, Eady and Clyde Clark. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 15th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wilson Funeral Homes - Ringgold Chapel (443 Boynton Dr, Ringgold, GA 30736). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the River Community Church (2410 Cleveland Hwy, Dalton, GA 30721). A graveside service was held on Thursday, May 16th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Anderson Cemetery.
