He was predeceased by: his son Hunter Worley; his sister Kimberly Worley; his grandparents, Carl, Ruth Worley, George and Louise Arnold; his aunts and uncles, Marty Gibson, Ruby Bonar, Carol Venable, Elaine Worley, Junior Chambers, Hershal Worley and Bob Arnold; and his cousins, Sherry Kencth, Julie Heilwagon and Robby McNeese.
He is survived by: his parents, Alvin Worley and Pat Worley; his children, Jenna Worley (Bobby) and River Worley; his brother Mike Worley (Gayle); his nephew Mitch Worley; his niece Bree Worley; his pet Oreo; and his close friend Mindy (Millie Richardson).
