We are sad to announce that on November 18, 2023, at the age of 81, Shirley Ann Winkle Dean of Ringgold, Georgia, born in Chattanooga, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Winkle and Dealva Miller Winkle; and her sisters, Liz Lively and Robbie McKinney. She is survived by : her husband Gordon Lee Dean; her daughter Scarlet McDaniel (Phil); her grandchildren, Kirby Snyder and Peyton McDaniel (Courtney); and her great grandchildren, Bentley Snyder, Carson Snyder, Madeline Snyder, Ellison McDaniel and Carter McDaniel. She is also survived by numerous extended family & friends.
