He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Edgar Neely and Shirley Holmes Lewis; and his stepparents, Vernon Lewis and Paulette Neely. He is survived by: his wife Pam Neely; his children, Steven Randal Neely, II (Dusty) of Ooltewah, Tennessee and Sara Anne Ferney of Rossville, Georgia; and his siblings, Dianne White of Birchwood, Carolyn Catchings of Harrison, Teresa Dobbins of Ooltewah, Gail Eaton of Cleveland, Tennessee, Ronald Neely of Rossville, Jackie Neely of Ringgold, Russell Langston of Trenton and Carlton Morrison of Rossville, Georgia. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Wilson Funeral Homes - Ringgold Chapel (443 Boynton Dr, Ringgold, GA 30736). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Pine Grove Cemetery.
