Steve wrote a sympathy message

“Tom was one of the nicest, funniest people I've ever met. He was quite intelligent and could talk any number of subjects. He loved chess, the Tennessee Vols and basketball. His nickname was Spiderman, probably because he was such a good rebounder and underneath player that it was almost like he could "climb" to get the rebound and put the ball back in the basket. My Mom also loved him as he delivered her mail and often stopped to talk to her. We miss him very much. RIP, Spiderman!”
