She is survived by: her husband Clinton Waters; her daughters, Terri Stephens and Tina Brogdon (Willie); her sister Shirley Moses; her grandchildren, Tiffany Nolan (Matt), Willie Brogdon II (Jessica) and Kayla Self (Sean); and her great grandchildren, Liam Griffin, Maddie Nolan, Willie Brogdon III, Emma Brogdon and Artie Self. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Anderson Memorial Gardens (112 Christian Rd, Ringgold, GA 30736).
