Wanda leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Wanda’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Wanda will carry forward her memory in their hearts.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ray and Clara Marie Hutton Parker; and her husband Herman Robert Owens. She is survived by: her children, Andrea Johnston (Rick), Vanessa Meador (Barry) and James Owens (Sharon). She is also survived by five grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.
