He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Eugene Sturdivan and Anna Mae; his brother Paul E. Sturdivan; and his grandson J. Derrick Sturdivan. He is survived by: his significant other Helen Irene Sedlacek; his children, Tommy W. Sturdivan (Bambi), Janice Plemons (Alan) and Brenda Keith (Todd); his grandchildren, Nicole Sturdivan (Shannon Thompson), Cody Sturdivan (Amber), Ashley Westmoreland, Zachary Bales (Danielle), John Keith and Mac Keith; his great grandchildren, Khloe Westmoreland, Zoey Sturdivan and Brooks Bales; and his sister Carol Ann Burris of Oklahoma City. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
