He was predeceased by: his parents, Coy "Red" Price and Edith Gaston Price; and his sister Mary "Pete" Wittenbarger. He is survived by: his wife Betty A. Price; his children, Steve Smith (Kelle) of Ringgold, Georgia, Kim Stapp (Mike) of Ringgold, Georgia and Rodney Price of Ringgold, Georgia; his grandchildren, Jason Stapp, Chastity Smith, Sidney Fields, Paxton Smith and Bradon Kodi Price; and his cousin Edwin (Sheila Hixson). He is also survived by several great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
