He was predeceased by: his former wife Martha Eslinger Long; and his parents, Reverend Boyd "Preacher" Long and Provie Wood Long. He is survived by: his brothers, William Bruce Long, Gary Albert Long, Wallace Leland Long and Donald Boyd Long; his wife Beth Foster Long; his sister Gail Long Varnell (Ronnie); his sister-in-law Anne Long (Gary); his nieces and nephews, Susan Long Page (Robert), Adrian Long (Amber), Laura Foster (Noland Smith), Lisa Foster (Mark Pressley) and Shawn Foster (Cindy); his grandchildren, Lachlan Page (Ashley), Zebulon Page, Reagan Long, Caroline Long, Mary Beth Riley (JR), Rachel Smith, Abigail Butler (Ben), Reid Smith (Anna), Mary Kathryn Pressley and Lauren Foster; and his great grandchildren, Sammie Jo Riley and Fletcher Monroe Riley.
