Though Edison is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Edison’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Lee Forester and Hassel Forester; his wife Linda C. Forester; and his brother Doug Forester. He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Clark (Freddie), Teresa Stokes and Derick Forester. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Ryan Funeral Home and Crematory (11415 S Main St, Trenton, GA 30752). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
