He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Eugene Bivens, Sr. and Evelyn Hackett Bivens; and his brothers, Richard Eugene Bivens, Jr. and Gerald Scott Bivens. He is survived by: his wife Pam; his sons, Robert Brandon Bivens (Janet) of Lilburn and Richard Lee Bivens (Lisa) of Sharpsburg; his grandchildren, Robert Brody Bivens, Elizabeth Carleigh Bivens and Nora Grace Bivens; and his sister-in-law Diane Bangs (Frank) of Newnan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
