He is survived by: his wife Linda Daniel Lewis of Roberta; his children, Jason Jones (Misty) of Demorest, Mark Lewis of Jasper, Kyle Waite (Haley) of Roberta and Nicki Lewis of Louisiana; and his brother Rusty Lewis (Linda) of Dublin. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
