She was predeceased by: her parents, David Albert O'Neal and Edna Mae Seabolt O'Neal. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Horne of Roberta; her daughters, Misty Lightner (Richard) of Jacksonville and Jill Clay (Kyle) of Jefferson; her siblings, Allen O'Neal (Susan) of Roberta, Rita Marable of Roberta and Patisue Perkins (Danny) of Reynolds; and her grandsons, James Roeschlein, Jack Clay and Eli Clay. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Lizella Baptist Church (2950 S Lizella Rd, Lizella, GA 31052).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Lizella Baptist Church.
