He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Cook and Doris Gibbs Cook. He is survived by: his spouse Jackie Cook; his sons, Johnny Cook (Reatha), Ernest Cook (Regina) and Jonathan Cook (Brittni); his adoptive son Bernard Wallace (Podick); and his daughters, Sandra Sanders (Johnny), Cynthia Stubbs (Ray) and Gina Owens (Scotty). He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren and 9 Great- Grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Pleasant Grove Cemetery (167 Pleasant Grv Rd, Rochelle, GA 31079, USA).
