She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Darsey and Ellen Davis Darsey; her husband Harvey H. Bloodsworth; her sons, Ricky Bates and Mike Bates; her siblings, Buddy Darsey, John Lee Darsey, Ellen Bartow and Sally Lou Darsey; and her niece Cathy Floyd.
She is survived by: her stepmother Dorothy Bloodsworth; her caregiver Tracie Bloodworth (Jay); her brother David Darsey; her nephew Jimmy Edward "Eddie" Floyd; her niece Bonnie Gail Floyd; John Morgan Bloodsworth, Brenda Griffin and Lorraine Spot.
