He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Powers, Bill O'Kelley, Robert O'Kelley and Eugene "Bean" O'Kelley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the W. L. Wilson & Sons Funeral Home-Ft. Oglethorpe Chapel (555 W Cloud Springs Rd, Rossville, GA 30742). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Chattanooga National Cemetery (1200 Bailey Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404).
