He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Putnam and Louise Butcher Putnam; his brother David; his sister-in-law Karen Putnam; his in-laws, Ralph and Inez McDaniel; his grandparents, Clyde and Maebelle Butcher; his child Christian; his grandson Kaleb; his nephew Jonathan; his stepmother Bea Putnam; and his stepsiblings, Mickey Sartin and Robbie Hayes.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa McDaniel Putnam; his daughters, Meredith and Margaret; his grandchildren, Madison, Emmalee, Michael, Matthew and Demaree; his stepsiblings, Marty Sartin and Sheila Hayes; his sisters-in-law, Janice Dodd, Terri Bird and Donna Gregory; and his pets, Webster and Wendibelle. He is also survived by nieces & nephews and a host of many other special friends.
