He is survived by: his wife Anna Ruth Lewis; his children, Alvie Murray (Kevin) and Calvin Lewis; his grandchildren, Christopher Lewis (Bonnie), Lauren Sisemore (Trey) and Gerea Fielding (Alex); his great grandchildren, Bryson Hoffman (Gabby), Calleigh Hoffman, Cameron Sisemore (Sabrina), Madison Staples (Chris), Peyton Sisemore, Kyndall Sisemore, Bella Fielding and Nathen Fielding; his great great grandchildren, Addlyn Sisemore and Parker Staples; and his siblings, Shirlene George (Dean), Ava England (Dennis) and Dewayne Lewis (Sheila). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
