With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Hager (Rock Spring, Georgia), born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, who passed away on May 15, 2026 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Nora Faye Hager and Joseph Floyd Hager. He is survived by: his wife Jan Hager; his son Brian Hager; his daughter-in-law Amy Garrison Hager; his daughter Heather Hager Moyer; his grandchildren, Mandy Angeline, Andrew Joseph Moyer (A. J.), Alex, Megan and Jake Hacker; and his sisters, Brenda Moulton (Rick) and Wanda Vittiglio (John). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 13th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Rock Spring Methodist Church (3477 Peavine Rd, Rock Spring, GA 30739). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 13th 2026 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
