He was predeceased by: his parents, Deadrick Solomon and Beatrice Avans Solomon; and his brothers, Harvey Solomon and Steve Solomon. He is survived by: his wife Barbara "Bobby" Solomon of Rock Spring, Georgia; his grandchildren, Mara Ramirez (Junior) and Allan Solomon; his great grandchildren, Akzel and Adriel Ramirez; his siblings, Deatrice Stewart (Grady) of Chickamauga, Georgia and Reverend Ronald Solomon (Gail) of East Ridge, Tennessee; and his siblings-in-law, Kita Garrido of Chickamauga, Georgia and John Garrido of Martin, Tennessee. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Elizabeth Lee Methodist Church (139 Cove Rd, Chickamauga, GA 30707). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
