He is survived by : his wife Jerri Cummings Mullins; his children, Rebecca Mullins Gotts, Mireille Fager Beckwith, Powell Fager and Austin Phillips; and his siblings, Peggy Vasbinder, Marcie Plont, Gene Mullins (Lisa) and John Plont (Stacey Parker).
