He was predeceased by: his mother Vastie Chupp Lewis; and his siblings, Rev. Hoyt G. Lewis, Freddie Douglas Lewis and Addie Robinson. He is survived by: his father Clarence William "C. W." Lewis; his wife Sue Lewis; his children, Tim Lewis, Pam Gamel (Garlin), Neil Lewis (Crissy) and Chris Lewis (Hayley); his grandchildren, Scott Lewis, Brian Lewis, Kayli Brumbelow, Shelbi Williams, Josh Gamel, Cody Gamel, Crysta Klobe, Andrew Lewis, Anna Goodwin, Luke Lewis, Sydney Lynn Lewis and Raegan Lewis; and his sister Barbara Peek. He is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
