She was predeceased by: her husband John A. "Jack" Hurst. She is survived by: her children, Jill Jones (Hamp) of Dallas, Janet McKenzie of Oklahoma City, OK and John Hurst (Carla) of Dallas. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
Because of the loving care Jody received, in lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Cottages at Rockmart at 750 Goodyear Avenue, Building D - c/o Melinda Short, Rockmart, GA 30153.
