She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Campbell and Rilla Haynie Campbell of Rockmart, Georgia.; and her husband George W. Cole. She is survived by: her siblings, Horace Campbell, William Campbell and Royce Campbell; her daughters, Deonne Yates (Dwain), Ramonda Jackson (David) and Nancy Harris (Harry); her grandchildren, Bree Brown (Jason), Brian Purser (Ashley), Ashley Ozment (Benjamin), Amelia Hensley (Scott), Sam Martin (Summer), Melissa Ferguson (Clay) and Blake Jackson (Shirley); and her great grandchildren, Mackenzie Myers (Denver), Jake Brown (Madison), Ella Claire Purser, Grant Purser, Cash Purser, Piper Ozment, Nash Ozment, Maggy Rae Swift, Evie Swift, Madalyn Hensley, Boone Martin and Kye Ferguson. She is also survived by four great-great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Second Baptist Church of Rockmart (112 S Piedmont Ave, Rockmart, GA 30153). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at the Rose Hill Cemetery West Elm (618 E Elm St, Rockmart, GA 30153).
