She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Hulsey and Gertrude Brooks Hulsey; her husband Arvel Spain; her siblings, Betty Ann Goddard, Robert Hulsey and Sherman Hulsey; and her stepson Robert Spain.
She is survived by: her children, Patsy Pugh (John), Bobby Ray Thompson, Micky Holland (Anthony) and Danny Spain (Brenda); her grandchildren, Kimberly Wheeler, Chad Spain, Candy Chandler, Robin Thompson, Shane Hulvey, Eric Hulvey, Amelia Holland, April Weldon, Kelsey Weldon, Candice Hulvey, Destiny Hulvey and Will Hulvey; and her brother Sonny Hulsey. She is also survived by Numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren along with nieces and nephews.
