He is survived by: his wife Gladys Winters Hulsey; and his sister-in-law Arlene Hulsey.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home (304 W Elm St, Rockmart, GA 30153). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
