He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen L. Waters and Joyce McCown Waters; and his sister Vickie Waters. He is survived by: his wife Kim Waters; his daughters, Anna Marie Flores, Dawn Taylor (Drew), Lisa Cole, Rhiannon Andrews (Patrick) and Jessie Margelony (Greg); his grandchildren, Tyler Hardy, Todd Cochran, Gracie Andrews, Caleb Andrews, Drake Taylor and Timber Margelony; his sister Judith McCutcheon (Phil); and his brother-in-law Larry Cockrell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Victory Baptist Church in memory of Mr. Waters.
