He is survived by: his wife Melissa Cagle; his children, Stephen Cagle (Staci) and Sierra Mann (Greg); his granddaughter Kori Jackson; and his siblings, Janice Strand (Conly) and Mark Fennell (Freda).

Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home (304 W Elm St, Rockmart, GA 30153). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
