She was predeceased by : her parents, William Holman Ayers and Mary Pearl Williams; her husband Harold Clinton Ensley; and her sons, William Markus Ensley and Rodney Kyle Ensley.

She is survived by : her son Josh Ensley; her grandchildren, Rachel and Heath Ensley (Rebecca); and her great grandchildren, Emma Queen, Kylie Ensley and Tate Ensley.
