He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Fed Locklear and Rhodie Cooper Locklear; his wife Ruby Joan Brown Locklear; and his son Clifford Branson Locklear (Annette). He is survived by: his children, Ollie Loyd Locklear, Jr. (Lori), David Locklear and Joyce Hitchcock (Billy). He is also survived by Eight grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren three great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
